Samara gypsum plant offers high-strength gypsum to the enterprises of mechanical engineering, aircraft building, and jewelry industry.
Gypsum mixtures for high-precision casting are used for the manufacture of molds in the production of metal parts in the aircraft industry, mechanical engineering, as well as in the jewelry industry.
when casting low-melting alloys (not higher than 200-320 C) for the manufacture of injection molds, the use of "pure" gypsum is possible. When casting alloys with a higher melting point (up to 1100 C), gypsum molding mixtures are used, in which high-strength gypsum (25-40%) is used as a binder of refractory fillers. Thus, the molding mixture for high-precision casting is a mixture of high-strength gypsum, refractory filler and special additives.
GVVS-13 and GVVS-16 high-strength gypsum plasters
GVVS-13 and GVVS-16 high-strength gypsum plasters are used for creating models of parts.
Main advantages of application of GVVS-13/16:
- Fast hardening, ensuring the readiness of models in a short time.
- Maximum strength is achieved within 7 days, which is 4 times faster than in cement mixtures.
- High mortar flowability contributes to forming precise, smooth and clean casting surface.
Models cast from high-strength gypsum plasters produced by SGK, CJSC make it possible to create precise casting molds.
