It is used in dentistry for the split casts of jaws and making arch master models, as well as for diagnostic and working jaw models in the technology of removable dentures, for the basement formation of working models.
It meets the requirements of GOST R 31568-2012 (ISО 6873:1998)

Weigh the required amount of distilled water and gypsum powder.
Add the powder to the water within 15 seconds, knead by hand with a pallet, then within 45 seconds in a vacuum mixer until you get a homogeneous mix.
Pour the resulting mass in the impression. To get a model without porosity it is recommended to use vibration.
The model is removed from the impression (starting upon filling in impression) in 30-40 minutes.
While processing the finished model, use personal protective equipment: gloves, goggles and a mask (to avoid entry of chips and gypsum dust in the respiratory system and eyes).
Distilled water and the powder should have a temperature of 20 ± 2 ° C.
Devices and equipment, used when working with gypsum, must be clean and free from waste of previously used gypsum.
You cannot add any components as accelerators or decelerators of the hardening.
It is important to comply with the water/powder ratio to obtain the desired expansion and strength of gypsum.
Keep gypsum at room temperature in a dry place and in the sealed package.
