Clean your face with a makeup remover.

Apply a nourishing, moisturizing or rejuvenating mask (concentrate, serum or emulsion) to the skin of the face. The choice of product depends on the skin problem and the goals.

Cover your face with gauze (it is better to use 2-3 layers of gauze) with slits for the eyes and nose. Cover your eyes and lips with gauze or cotton pads.

Mix 100 g of powder with 140 g of water (at a temperature of 30-35˚C) and stir vigorously until smooth. Quickly apply the mixture with a spatula over the gauze on the face and neck, avoiding the area around the eyes. Once the powder is mixed with water, the temperature of the mask begins to rise and reaches its maximum after 15-20 minutes.

After 30-35 minutes., remove the mask like a cast.
