- Using a whisk, gypsum plaster for artistic purposes is mixed with water in a clean container according to the “gypsum-to-water” principle.
- Per 1 kg of gypsum plaster, not more than 440 ml of water should be used. The amount of water is determined according to the amount of gypsum plaster to be mixed.
- The material is mixed until smooth and homogeneous and poured into pre-prepared molds.
- Only clean containers should be used.
- Mixing time, water purity and water-gypsum ratio affect the setting time, plasticity, and mechanical strength of the finished material.
