The injection-molded gypsum mixture is specially designed for the manufacture of decorative interior items, candlesticks, sculptures. Artacryl was created in collaboration with the masters of decor and candle making. Resistant to wax, it allows you to create containers for candles without additional processing. It has the ability to accurately reproduce the shape surface, ceramic effect, and impact resistance. It is easily painted in bright colors.

Mix the mixture with a construction mixer or a drill with a nozzle (it is not recommended to use a propeller as a mixing device) until a homogeneous mass is obtained. The first stage of mixing is carried out for 2 minutes at high speeds, then a technological pause is maintained for 1 minute. Then for 1 minute at low speed.
Slowly pour the mass into the mold at the highest point, avoiding air ingress during casting. Remove excess mixture with a spatula if necessary.
If these recommendations are followed, the product can be demoulded in 45-60 minutes. The demoulding of the molds depends on the quantity and quality of the water used (GOST 23732), as well as the temperature of 20 ± 2 ° C and relative humidity of 60 ± 10% in the room.
Use only clean tools and water!
The mixture is compatible with iron oxide pigments. When using pigments of a different chemical nature, it is recommended to check the interaction on a small amount of the mixture.
