Terms of Participation in the Tender

A bidding company can submit its quotation

• In an envelope at the following  address: 9A Beregovaya St., 443052 Samara. The envelope should be sealed, the address and name of the tender should be indicated on the envelope; envelopes are accepted by mail or courier.
• In digital format at the following email address: tender@samaragips.ru
• Quotations sent by any other method or to a different addressee will not be accepted and will not be considered.

Bidder's quotation requirements

• as part of the technical component of the quotation (offer), the following documents should be submitted: Documents confirming the right to preform these business activities; A list of facilities where the similar work was performed, and the Bidder should not have any claims or complaints.
• The cost of work and materials is provided in  a summary table of Appendix No 1  accompanied by resource and local estimates or by cost calculation according to contractual prices and the bill of approximate quantities.
• The prices in the quotation should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the Bidder.
• All materials used should be new, not used, and meet the requirements of regulatory documentation (design).
• The quality of equipment and materials should be confirmed by certificates and|or other similar documents certified by the seller.
• The quotation should be drawn up according to the form given in Appendix No. 1 to the General Information on the Tender, signed by the official entitled to act on behalf of the Bidder, and affixed with the seal of the organization. Quotations not drawn up according to the specified requirements will not be accepted and will not be considered.
• When performing the work, the Bidder uses its own equipment and its own transport.

The tender board is entitled to: conduct competitive negotiations with bidders, conduct rebidding, make additional requests, reject bidding quotations without explanation.

This information on the subject of the tender is not an offer or a public offer of the Commissioner, the quotation request procedure is not a bidding procedure. The Commissioner (or the tender board) has the right to reject  all received quotations for any reason or terminate the quotation request procedure at  any moment, without incurring any liability to the Bidder. The tendering authority does not incur any obligations to conclude any agreements with the organizations submitting their quotations.
