Production flow diagram

Five steps towards the unique quality of gypsum plaster:

1. The magnetic iron separator removes metallic contaminants from gypsum raw material, ensuring a high level of purity of the final product,
2. Steam curing in an autoclave creates the unique structure of alpha-gypsum,
3. Calcining gypsum in a tumble dryer facilitates the subsequent grinding of gypsum plaster,
4. High-power ball mills turn gypsum stone into high-strength gypsum plaster with high fineness of grinding
5. A magnetic separator screens out oversized particles and residual metallic contaminants.

From gypsum to a dry mortar mix:

1. Each component of a dry mortar mix has its own silo drum,
2. The components are fed into the mixer through a dosing auger,
3. The main element of dry mortar mix production is the mixer by the German company M-Tec,
4. The finished mix is packed in a packaging machine and transported to the warehouse.

Plaster boards:

1. Water and gypsum plaster. No extra components,
2. The mortar for the production of plaster boards is prepared in a mixer,
3. Battery molds,
4. After drying in the oven, the boards are ready for shipment to customers.
