Production Technology
Manufacture of gypsum plaster products
Products – high-strength and construction gypsum plaster.
The plant's gypsum-based products are manufactured by crushing hydrothermally treated stone. Hydrothermal processing includes steam curing and calcination. Steam curing modifies the structure of the gypsum stone, the raw material treated this way is called α-gypsum. Calcination facilitates the crushing of the gypsum stone and makes it possible to manufacture a product with a high fineness of grinding. The raw materials treated with steam and high temperature are transferred to a ball mill, after which the gypsum is ready for packaging and shipment to the consumer.
Manufacture of plaster boards
The plant also produces tongue-and-groove plasterboard based on high-quality gypsum of its own production. To produce plaster partition slabs, only water, gypsum plaster and a mold are needed. Due to this, maximum environmental sustainability of the product is achieved.
Manufacture of dry mortar mixes under the FORMAN trademark
- Design capacity — 90 thousand tons per year on a three-shift operation schedule.
- Year of commissioning — 2008.
- Primary equipment — M-TEC (Germany).
- Products – dry mortar mixes based on gypsum binders of our own production and based on cement.
The production of dry mortar mixtures consists in the precise dosing of the dry components of the mix, their thorough mixing and packaging of the finished product in bags. The process flow layout is arranged vertically. In the upper part of the mixing tower, there are silos containing raw materials. Under the silos, there is the equipment for dosing of components by weight, their mixing and packaging of finished products. The materials flow from top to bottom, which ensures maximum productivity and low energy costs.
