The XV International Construction Forum "Cement. Concrete. Dry mixes"

At the end of November, the International Construction Forum " Cement. Concrete. Dry Mixes", which became this year's anniversary.

The event included four exhibitions, four scientific conferences and a seminar-competition for young scientists, a round table "Strategy and industry differences in countering counterfeit and counterfeit products in the cement and dry building mixes markets of the Russian Federation".

The exhibition area of the forum exceeded 5,000 square meters, with 165 companies from 13 countries participating in the exhibition and discussions. The number of forum visitors exceeded 7,500. More than 500 people took part in scientific readings and conferences, and they were offered scientific and analytical reports from 120 leading industry experts representing 25 countries of the world.

The Forum was officially supported by the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the governments of Moscow and the Moscow region, the Russian Union of Builders and the Union of Cement Producers of Russia.

The plenary session that opened the XV International Construction Forum featured presentations by E. L. Bolshakov, Chairman of the Committee on Cement, Concrete and Dry Mixes of the Russian Union of Builders; S. N. Kuchikhin, Vice-President of the Russian Union of Builders; Patrick Declercq, President of the European Federation of Precast Concrete (BIBM); and Gordon Clark, President of the International Federation of Reinforced Concrete (FIB).

The round table "Strategy and industry specifics of countering counterfeit and falsified products in the cement and dry building mixes market" aroused great interest of CCC manufacturers. The event was organized by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Russian Union of Builders and the Union of Cement Producers of Russia with the support of NP "Anti-counterfeit".

An equally important event was the International Scientific and Technical Conference "Modern technologies of dry building mixes in construction-MixBuild"held within the framework of the forum. It was here that the scientific readings on gypsum "GypMeet" were held, bringing together leading industry experts from all over the world.

The main prize of the International Seminar-Competition for Young Scientists and Postgraduates working in the field of binders, concretes and dry mixes was awarded to L. A. Veshnyakova, a post-graduate student of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M. V. Lomonosov.
