CJSC "Samara Gypsum Plant" has opened a new plant for the production of pazogrebnevyh plates of European standard

CJSC "Samara Gypsum Plant" announces the opening of a plant for the production of pazogrebnevyh plates of European standard. The grand opening ceremony of the plant took place on October 24 at 13:00 on the territory of SGK CJSC.

The new production line is equipped with state-of-the-art German equipment from Grenzebach GmbH. Full automation already at the initial stage of work will ensure high productivity – about 415 thousand m2 per year, and the use of a high-precision electronic material dosing system will allow achieving 100% compliance of products with the declared technical characteristics.

The plant was opened as part of the first inter-industry forum "Territory of Gypsum 2013", which was held on October 23-24 at the Renaissance Hotel. The event was timed to celebrate the 5th anniversary of TM FORMAN. The forum was attended by representatives of 230 people from 122 companies from all over Russia and the CIS: industrial consumers of gypsum products and their processors, participants in the construction market and wholesale and retail organizations, owners, top managers and technologists of leading enterprises.

The launch of a new plant for the production of pazogrebnevyh europlit will speed up the solution of the problem of construction of affordable and comfortable housing, as this material allows you to minimize the cost of constructing internal partitions in buildings and save time. Installation of partitions is extremely simple and is performed without special equipment. One person can install up to 30 sq. m of slabs per shift. Immediately after construction, the partition is fully ready for finishing with wallpaper or painting. In addition, europlates have all the positive properties that gypsum has: they are eco-friendly, absolutely harmless to humans and fire-resistant in combination with low cost.
According to experts of the construction market, in the situation of rapid development of construction in our country, Europlates will be in high demand, both among construction companies in the region and abroad. Europlits fully comply with the technologies of pre-built housing construction and allow you to implement large investment projects in a short time with minimal costs. In addition, the plant for the production of gypsum europlates will make a significant contribution to the development of the economy of the Samara province: it will provide large investment projects with inexpensive but effective materials, the regional budget – with new tax revenues, and residents of the city – with additional jobs.

Europlit production will reach full capacity within the next 6 months. Most of the products have already been booked by both existing and new partners of SGK-leading operators of the construction market.
