Introduction of restrictions on road freight transportation

Dear partners and colleagues,

According to Federal Law No. 257-FZ of November 08, 2007 "On Highways and Road Activities in the Russian Federation and on Amendments to Certain Acts of the Russian Federation", Federal Law No. 196-FZ of December 10, 1995 "On Road Traffic Safety", and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 934 of November 16, 2009 "On Compensation for Damage Caused by Vehicles Transporting Heavy Goods on Highways of the Russian Federation", a dry road closure regime is introduced, which means setting limits on the load on the axle of cargo transport.

Due to this restriction on the beginning of the construction season, we ask you to form stocks of finished products in advance. This will allow us all to ensure uninterrupted sales during April-May 2016 and not significantly increase the cost of products sold due to the impact of transport costs.
