A study of the drywall and pazogrebnevy boards market was conducted in St. Petersburg

A large-scale study of the local drywall and pazogrebnevyh boards market was conducted in St. Petersburg. As a result of the study, it turned out that Russian enterprises for the production of drywall and post-ribbed boards are mainly concentrated in the European part of Russia: in the North-Western Federal District (5 plants) and the Central Federal District (4 plants).

The main part of domestic products that make up the market of St. Petersburg belongs to five manufacturing enterprises: JSC "Samara Gypsum Plant", JSC "Sverdlovsk Plant of construction products", Corporation "Volma", JSC "Gipsopolymer", JSC "PGP Fibron". A certain part of the St. Petersburg market is also occupied by imported products from Germany, France and Belarus.

The study showed that the most common product group among Russian manufacturers of this category is "Full — bodied standard Pazogrebnevye plates", which are present in the production range of 80% of domestic enterprises. While "Pazogrebnevy plates hollow moisture-proof" — the least widespread, is included in the range of only 40% of enterprises.

The average wholesale purchase prices for pazogrebnevye plates in St. Petersburg are 212.18 rubles, and for plasterboard sheets-303.49 rubles.
