Manufacturers of dry building mixes met for the third time in MGSU
For twenty years in a row, the production of dry building mixes in our country has been steadily developing and shows a stable increase in production. At the same time, this area remains not only the most knowledge-intensive, but also capable of implementing scientific and practical developments as quickly as possible. As the chairman of the conference, Vice - rector of MGSU A. P. Pustovgar emphasized, " the production of dry building mixes is an innovative industry, here they are waiting and know how to apply new developments. This is one of the most rapidly responsive construction industries, and it allows the CCC market to grow by 10-20% annually."
The Russian CCC industry is quite young; not so long ago, most of the mixtures presented on the market were of foreign production. Currently, up to 98% of dry building mixes are produced in Russia and mainly by Russian manufacturers. The quality of our products is not inferior, and for some materials they even surpass foreign analogues, as they are better designed taking into account Russian operating conditions.
D. N. Lengesov, Head of the dry mix industry at SGK CJSC, spoke in detail about the advantages of using high-strength gypsum in plasters, putties and self-leveling floors. Dmitry Nikolaevich also presented the development of SGK CJSC - special mixtures "SEMI-finished PRODUCTS". These are special mixtures for the production of gypsum mixtures, including high-strength gypsum and modified additives. When adding bulk products (cement, sand, dolomite flour) produce a ready-made construction mix of high quality.
E. V. Belyaev, head of the Union of Dry Building Mixes Manufacturers, raised the question of what awaits the Russian CCC market in the coming year, which is undoubtedly of concern to many. Unfortunately, the volume of potential GDP in Russia is steadily declining, and based on this, Evgeny Vyacheslavovich ventured to suggest several possible scenarios in the CCC market in Russia - a recession, stagnation, and a small increase. He ended his speech, of course, with the wish that only good forecasts for the industry come true, and wished the participants successful work, useful contacts and fruitful activities in such a necessary and important field of construction.
Alexander Fyodorovich Buryanov spoke on behalf of the Russian Gypsum Association and thanked the MGSU for opening its doors for the third time. "At such events, science and practice find the most important points of contact, and new business ties are formed." He concluded his speech by stating that MGSU is one of the most important centers for promoting science for dry building mixes and the gypsum industry.
