Technical news of the plant
Since the beginning of this year, a number of technical innovations have been implemented at the Samara Gypsum Plant, which allowed to increase the volume and improve the quality of products.
So, in January, the outdated crusher, which had been working in the gypsum production since 1984, was replaced with a new one with higher productivity.
In March, a new aspiration system was put into operation at the production of separated gypsum: the FRZV filter was replaced with a FRI filter, two distribution circuits were created – for gas removal and for finished products, which allowed to increase productivity twice.
The operation of the line for automatic filling of GVVS in big bags has been debugged.
In April, a reconstructed transformer substation was put into operation as part of the SGC power supply system modernization project. A new transformer with a capacity of 2500 kVA was launched, and restrictions on energy consumption for all SGK production facilities were lifted. At the moment, preparations are underway for the commissioning of additional capacities.
