Internship of specialists in dry building mixes at MGSU has ended

The training of CCC specialists conducted by MGSU under the program "Energy Efficiency of production and application of fine-grained dry concrete mixes", as part of the Presidential Program for Advanced Training of Engineering Personnel, has been completed.

This event was held within the framework of the Presidential Program of advanced training of engineering personnel. As part of the program, from October 14 to October 18, 2013, specialists were trained at several Russian enterprises. During the visit to the enterprise, the internship participants were able to get acquainted with the latest technologies for the extraction of quartz sand, its enrichment and production of quartz flour. Production management tools were also shown in part:

• quarry planning - full exploration of the entire field, with 3D modeling, short-term planning (year, month, day).
• automated control of complexes for processing quartz sand, production of quartz flour and subsequent shipment of products to wagons and motor vehicles;
• quality control of extracted, manufactured and shipped products in the company's laboratories;
• methods for accounting for production efficiency.
