As part of the partner marketing support program, the FORMAN brand continues a series of training seminars.
On November 20, one of these seminars was held at SaturnSamara. As always, the event discussed the products of the TM FORMAN product range and their competitive advantages, considered new products, as well as the specifics of working with the brand's mixtures. However, this time the representatives of FORMAN offered the participants a completely new format: the seminar was held in the form of a quiz, during which the sales managers of Saturnsamar were divided into 4 groups and competed in the knowledge of the brand's product features, and the regional sales managers and the leading technical specialist of TM FORMAN acted as the jury. To make the fight sharper and more interesting, the three winners of the quiz received valuable prizes.
"The traditional format that we usually use brings excellent results, largely because we give participants the opportunity to try out the material themselves in their work, feel its plasticity and comfort in application, and make sure that when it hardens, it does not crack. However, today we were faced with the task not so much to introduce managers to something new, but to consolidate our knowledge and "test"them participants. And we decided to do it in such a non-standard form, which, on the one hand, allowed us to solve both tasks, and on the other, relieved unnecessary tension. Today's seminar was very fruitful, and I think we will use this form of training more than once, " said N. Trusanova, Head of the Marketing Department of SGC CJSC, after the quiz.
