According to the order of Rosstandart 1975-st developed in December, the interstate GOST 33083-2014 "Dry construction mixes on cement binder for plastering works" is introduced as a national standard of the Russian Federation from July 1, 2015. The standard was developed by the non-profit partnership "Union of CCC Manufacturers" together with specialists from the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MSU) and the St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPsUACE). The standard was adopted with the participation of the Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification: Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan voted for its introduction.
