Inspection of environmental violations at the enterprises of Zhiguli Building Materials

The Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources Management in the Samara Region conducted an inspection of the company "Zhiguli Building Materials" for compliance of emissions with the established environmental standards (for the period from 16.09.2013 to 01.10.2013). Industrial emissions were analyzed at ten industrial facilities of the company: in the clinker firing department near the pipes of rotary kilns No. 1, 2 and grate refrigerator No. 1; in the cement grinding department near mills No. 1, 2, 4, 5 and cement silos; as well as in the cement shipment and packaging shop. According to the results of the audit, no violations were found.

In addition to the Department of Rosprirodnadzor for the Samara region, the company's environmental activities are constantly monitored by the sanitary and industrial laboratory accredited by the State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing in Tolyatti, Samara region. Based on the results of measurements taken in general for 2011, 2012 and the first half of 2013, it was confirmed that the emissions produced by the enterprise do not exceed the state-approved standards for maximum permissible concentrations of harmful substances in atmospheric air.
