"General contractors tend to minimize costs and try to use the cheapest possible materials and, very often, with a drop in quality. But if the project has good author's supervision by the design organization, and the architect defends his design decisions, then the general contractor will be forced to follow the path indicated by the architect," Chuturov stressed.
