SGK has released a pilot batch of a new product!
The Samara Gypsum Combine successfully produced a pilot batch of a new product-a ready-made injection molding mixture for the manufacture of artificial stone-a popular finishing material that imitates the texture of stone and brickwork.
The new product is designed for a wide range of consumers: from beginners who plan to produce a limited batch of material for their own needs, to professionals who produce hundreds of square meters of artificial stone of different textures and colors every month. In addition, the mixture is perfectly suitable for casting bas-reliefs and small architectural forms.
The novelty surpasses the homemade mixtures that are currently used to make artificial stone.:
- unlike home-made mixes made locally in artisanal conditions, our material is mixed on high-precision equipment, so it has stable and reliable characteristics. Thus, the production process of artificial stone becomes predictable and standard; there is no need to constantly adjust it;
- since the master receives an already prepared dry mix, he gets rid of the need to perform unproductive operations for dosing and dry mixing of individual components. Working with our mix, the stone maker performs only those actions that are directly related to the production: mixing the dry mix, pouring it into molds and disbanding finished products. Thanks to the transition to our product, the master increases labor productivity, which is especially important when performing urgent and large orders;
- the characteristics of our mix are optimized for the production of artificial stone. It has a long shelf life in the closed form, short hardening times in the form and a fast set of strength of the finished product.
The products produced as part of the pilot batch are packaged in standard bags of 30 kg. After the samples of the new product are checked in the research laboratory, we will send the mixture to the address of interested stonemasons who have already tested the laboratory samples, highly appreciated their quality and ease of use, and expressed a desire to purchase this material on a regular basis.
