Last Tuesday, on the basis of the School of Repair training class, the first master class was held for employees of the construction goods department of Leroy Merlin Mega Shopping Center.
The main task of the master class was to determine the current level of knowledge of Leroy Merlin employees about the FORMAN product range, as well as understanding the specifics and competitive advantages of each product.
The event consisted of two parts: First, representatives of TM FORMAN held a presentation to consolidate their knowledge about the characteristics, advantages and benefits of products, then a practical demonstration was held, which was attended by employees of Leroy Merlin. Participants actively asked questions about the technology of preparation for work, the subtleties of application, the features of formulations and the conditions of their application. Following the results of the master class, all participants emphasized that the event was useful and relevant for them, and the acquired knowledge and skills will be irreplaceable in their work.
