As part of the strategic plan to modernize production,
a robotic bag-to-pallet system from Japanese manufacturer Okiga Yusoki was installed in autumn 2013
- one of the world's leading integrators of industrial automation systems.
Dry mixes in the packaging from the filling machine are delivered to the receiving table, then re-weighed on the scales, rolled in a roller to shape and placed by the robot on a pallet in accordance with the program laid in it. The robot sets aside bags with deviations from the standard weight separately, which does not allow you to deliver bags with underweight. After that, the pallet is fed through a conveyor to the packaging machine and a stretch hood is put on it. Further along the conveyor, the finished pallet is mixed to the end of the processing line, from where it is picked up by a forklift and taken to the finished product warehouse. The introduction of this process allowed us to speed up the palletization process and guarantee the safety of packaging and the appearance of the packaged product.
