Coloristic associations in plaster

Currently, natural and organic motifs and colors are gaining popularity in interior and facade design. At the same time, direct stylizations are no longer used, and the naturalness of materials and lines is creatively processed using modern and technological artistic ideas.

Ceresit CT77 mosaic plaster with the "Mosaics of the world" palette, developed by Henkel, is created in accordance with this concept. The principle by which the colors of mosaic plaster are selected is the use of given coloristic associations. 11 sets of colors refer the observer to certain beautiful places in different countries. The richness of shades and their transitions imitates the colors of bright natural landscapes, but is limited only to the palette: other artistic means (line, texture, image) are not used.

The set of associative landscapes includes, for example, "Andalussia" (white, ashy, gray, silver and beige colors), "Tibet" (raffite and gray-blue, reminiscent of distant mountains in the transparent Himalayan sky), "Persia" (sunny and warm shades of beige — the richness of color and texture of the sands of the eastern desert), "Laos" (calm colors combined with red flecks, inspired by the landscapes of the plains of Indochina), and others.

Plaster is especially recommended for application on interior and facade surfaces that are subject to wiping: at the entrance, in corridors, on flights of stairs, plinths and balustrades. The product has a low water absorption coefficient and can withstand even heavy rains well, and also contains BioProtect microcapsules that protect against biological contamination.
