Samara Gypsum Plant implements a set of measures to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
As part of this work, a business idea was implemented for the rational use of heat removed from compressor equipment. Dry and hot air obtained during compressor cooling is not released into the atmosphere, but is transmitted through special air ducts to the production of pazogrebnevyh plates, in the heat generator. There, it is partially used instead of atmospheric air, which must be heated by consuming natural gas. Thus, the innovation can significantly reduce gas consumption: in summer - up to 50%, in winter - up to 25%.
Thanks to the introduction of energy-saving technology, the plant's dependence on rising gas tariffs has been reduced and its negative impact on the environment has been reduced. Next up are new projects to modernize production facilities !
