- The product is mixed with water in a clean container according to the “mix-to-water” principle.
- Stir the mixture using a construction concrete mixer or a drill with a mixing paddle for at least 2 minutes until smooth and homogeneous.
- Pour the resulting material into a mold previously moistened with water. The use of a vibrating table is optional, although the product surface quality will be higher if vibration is applied to molds for 5-10 seconds.
- Remove excess mixture with a trowel.
- Removal of molds depends on the quantity and quality of the water used. If the manufacturer's recommendations are properly followed, products can be demolded after 30 minutes.
- After 7 days, once the products are completely dry, the color of the dyed product becomes lighter by several tones. It can be used to make external decorative elements with their subsequent treatment with water repellents.
The mixture is compatible with iron oxide pigments. When using pigments of a different chemical nature, it is recommended to test the chemical interaction on a small amount of the mixture.
